What we collect

Only what the contact form sends: your name, your email address, and your message — plus company, team size, and phone number if you choose to provide them. The form also records which practice or stage you selected and which page of the site you submitted it from, and when you submit we record the submitting IP address and a timestamp.

That is everything the form collects. Browsing the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts — but like nearly every web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operations.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to marketing lists, build profiles, or use your details for anything you did not ask for.

Where it lives

Submissions are written to a private log on our own server, and a copy is emailed to us so the right practice lead can reply.

What we don't do

No analytics. No tracking cookies. No ads. We do not sell, share, or trade your data with anyone. No third-party scripts run on this site — the only third-party resource these pages load is Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces.

Email delivery

Form notifications reach our inbox via Resend, an email delivery provider. Inbound email to madhat-consulting.com is routed by Cloudflare. Both handle messages in transit in order to deliver them; neither receives anything beyond the message itself.

Retention and deletion

We keep submissions while they are relevant to your inquiry or to an ongoing business relationship. Email contact@madhat-consulting.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, and we will remove it.
